My story

QUALIFICATIONS
I am a Stockholm-based, ICI Certified Coach with 15 years experience providing Business English training to executives from Sweden’s top listed companies. In fields including: Finance, Law, Compliance, Accounting, Auditing, HR, Communications, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Swedish Government Agencies, and others.
My specialty is combining ICI Coaching Methods with Business English to help clients master English Communication in the workplace.

CAREER
A seven-year career in Investment Banking, first in New York then London. In 2007, Stockholm became my home, raising a young family and beginning a 15-year career, training Swedish executives and managers in Business English.

I am familiar with the high-performance workplace and its demands.

ABOUT ME
I am American, more specifically - Korean-American. Having been raised in the United States by Korean parents has given perspective on the role of communication. Being bicultural has instilled a life-long curiosity about behavior and what makes us tick – in particular the powerful effect of language and communication.

My 20 years living abroad - five years in London and 15 years in Sweden, have made me a keen observer of cultural norms and expression, particularly communication.
